Return & Refund
1. No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for toys due to a change of mind after purchase. All sales are final once the product is picked up from our store/pickup location.
2. Defective or Damaged Products: If you find that a toy is defective or damaged upon purchase, you may request a replacement. Claims must be made within 2 days of pickup and must include proof of purchase (receipt) and images of the damage or defect. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility for a replacement.
3. No Refunds Policy: Refunds will not be provided for any reason. However, in cases of a defective or damaged toy, we may offer an exchange or store credit as applicable.
4. Product Inspection: We encourage customers to inspect their toys carefully at the time of pickup. Once the item has been taken from our pickup point, we assume the product has been accepted in good condition.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Important:
Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours from the receipt of the order and payment confirmation.
Please bring your purchase invoice for verification during the pickup.
